My Weekend training

I guess the picture says it all. I went fishing all day Saturday. Among other fish I caught 2 Red Fish which was cool because I have never caught one before. It was a really exhausting day. I took both kids and the trip ran me ragged. Sunday I woke up late thinking I was too tired to get up early and go biking only to find out the my friends were all riding a shorter ride at 9:30 which was perfect for me. So I went on the easy bike ride which had us flying down the road at 43k more often than not. It was just a 40 mile ride but there were some hard sections.
Thursday I went for a run which had a 4 mile loop and an option for 6 if I
felt good. Right at the 4 mile point where I was planning on going for the
extra 2 miles my calf tightened up. I had already made the turn to go 6 miles but I did a U-turn and went for the car. That made it an easy decision to go fishing this weekend.

For the week I got a whopping
8 miles running
90 miles biking
